Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are unwashed and in a resalable condition with all labels intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Blade & Rose

  Print your generated returns label and drop the package off at your nearest designated courier point or local Post Office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
